Um, hello, you're not supposed to eat the whole thing. Have a quarter of it, like the recipe says and it IS low calorie. 110 calories is extremely low. [/quote] The calories posted are per serving, not for the whole thing.

I also suffer from fibro. Ridding my system of all the toxins due to a diet that used to be high in processed foods was the best thing I ever did. Rarely ever do I eat anything that has been processed anymore. Completely off meds now and able to work out. Best of luck to you!! :flowerforyou:

I work out in the evenings. Mainly because I am too lazy in the morning and like to sleep in  But I find that I sleep really good after those nightly work outs!

Our dog is the biggest motivation for exercise! Guaranteed 30 minute daily rip around the neighborhood! Even if we don't feel like it, he'll talk us into it.

I had asked this before, and it was suggested to figure out the fat/carbs/cals, etc of the amount you put on, measure the marinade prior, then after you take the meat out. Adjust accordingly. I don't know if that would actually work though, as you have no idea what was exactly absorbed.

Sunday. Keeps me in line on Saturday. Then either inspires me to keep going or kicks my butt to try harder during the upcoming week.

I find they don't have much food in them and are expensive vs making your own. Try making a bunch of good healthy food and making your own individual meals. You can freeze them and take them out as you need them. :)

Sherbet instead of regular ice cream. Lower in fat and calories.

Saute 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms and 1/2 large onion chopped in 1 T olive oil. Stir in one cup of brown rice. Then stir in 2 1/4 cups of chicken broth. Bring to boil. Then turn to low and simmer while covered for 55 min. Let stand 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir and enjoy. Love this and so does my family.

I, too, get calf soreness with just starting out. I find that going a little lighter every other day and nice warm baths with epsom salts helps a lot!
