Any kind of fruit, I love no added sugar dried fruit (mangos, papaya, apples), chew gum, and if it gets really bad try hard candies like jolly ranchers, minimal on calories and sugar amount but since they take so long to consume you can usually kick the sweets craving.

I've done Insanity all the way through once, took a break to concentrate on lifting for about 8 months and I'm starting insanity again (on week 3) and my calves are ALWAYS sore. The best advice I have is to stretch your calves often and if you get a calf roller of sorts, the foam ones are my favorite…
