If I eat porridge or eggs/bacon I'm ok. If I eat toast/cereal/no breakfast I'm super starving the whole day. Could some people be having a sugar dip from what they ate for breakfast ? Especially with regards to things like jam on toast and sugary cereals?

Have a look at the settings in your diet profile. Maybe set your weightloss goal at 1lb a week and check the exercise? Hth

With fat secret mine was 200 cals higher. I still lost weight. I'm 5"4 age 30 my recommended calories here is about 1500. I think you may have set your amount exercise too low
