I just had once cup of double cheeseburger hamburger helper at 310 calories, a prenatal vitamin, and three cups of water.

I can identify with your situation. I had my daughter almost four months ago and I hoped to be at least down some of the almost 30 pounds that I gained. My husband is the same way. He does not like when I talk about getting really little because he feels that for my body type I look better with my curves. ;-)

I'm 5'3" and around 154lbs, but my first goal is 145lbs. It has been a struggle for these last 10 pounds. I workout and try to stay active, but food has been my obstacle...So now I am really focused on my portion control and eating less fatty and processed foods.
