I say donate them! By getting rid of your "big" clothes you won't be able to have something to fall back on. And if your new size starts getting tight its an indicator to get back on track. Enjoy your new size and say goodbye to the old you!

Drink tons of water to flush out the extra sodium. Enjoy the fact that you had a great time yesterday, but that yesterday is over and now you need to get back to your plan. Don't stress over a fun day. You have to indulge every now and then!

You should check out some of the dvds that are on sale on ebay. You might get a better deal. I just bought the 30 day shred for $8 and that includes shipping. I'm thinking about doing p90x because I've seen some phenomenal results on these boards for those that have used it.

I weight myself daily. My body tends to either stay the same weight or go down in weight. If I go down in weight - you bet I log it! I like weighing myself. It keeps me motivated and focused.

I had that so bad I would want to rip off my skin. I think it definitely has something to do with circulation and possibly even the temperature. I haven't had it an awhile and I hope it stays away. Good luck and push through it as best as you can.

If you deprive yourself of something you love, you are setting yourself up to binge or lose control on the rare occasions you have it. There is no reason why you can't have the food you enjoy if you can teach yourself moderation. It can be a tough process to teach yourself limits, but it will be worth it in the long run.
