I put it in as circuit training and according to my HRM I burn about 250 calories.

I like it with broccoli or on sandwiches instead of condiments. So yummy!

Instead of rice crispy squares use a cookie cutter and make cool shapes. You can also add food coloring to the marshmallows and make pretty colors.
-
You might just want to do something easy like going for a walk.

I log it as circuit training.

You are not alone. My name is Kelly and I have a peanut butter addiction. It's been 2 hours since my last spoonful...

Whichever one is less, lol.

I use hand weights in conjunction with the 30 day shred dvd. It's a nice 20 minute workout that provides strength, cardio and ab work.

Sometimes if you focus on the big goal it can be overwhelming. My advice would be to take each day as it comes and strive for your personal best. Your health is important and it sounds likes you are ready to take the steps you need to. Log everything and be as active as possible. Good luck on your journey.

I would check on your sodium levels and portion sizes. It's easy to go over sodium and retain water. Also, with portion sizes if you aren't measuring things out - it may be that you might be off on eyeballing it. I hope that helps. Don't get discouraged - sometimes it just takes a little time to whip your body into shape.

I like muscle milk lite - 2 scoops of powder, 1 banana, 1 cup fat free milk and 5 ice cubes. It totally hits the spot!

I'm 5'11 and at my absolute heaviest a few years ago I was 236. When I started MFP I was 210 and I'm currently 187. I'm shooting for 165lbs. I currently wear a size 14.

Definitely this. Plus I would think about injuring my husband if he said something like "was it worth it?" After the fact there is nothing that can be done about the decision that was made so no need to rub my face in it. I think that comment is pretty insensitive and it would probably make me feel so bad that I would eat…

I have a problem with that. Every time I start making progress I usually self sabotage and end up back to where I was. I've been doing the dance for awhile and it's starting to go down, but it takes me longer to lose weight because I usually regain and then lose, regain and lose. I'm interested in ways to keep strong as…

Find a hobby. I enjoy scrapbooking a lot so I do that sometimes to keep occupied. If you have kids, do art projects with them or take them on adventures to the park, museums, etc.

I log it as circuit training and take whatever it gives me.
-
I say get a workout in and then enjoy something you really love. It's only one day and when it's over get right back on track.
-
What a wonderful problem to have!

It's definitely not a good idea to "diet" while pregnant. You need to talk to your doctor about a healthy menu that can feed both you and your growing baby.
-
Alright, sounds like I'm gonna get some tough love - I can't wait! Let's do this!

Woot! I'm so happy to have a partner in crime! I have to admit I was laughing as soon as I read the "bring it on *kitten*!" You sound like just the kind of friend I need. I am promising to be honest with my logging starting today!

Sometimes I'll use Tylenol PM if I can't sleep. It works for the most part.

Thomas Hearty Grain 100% Whole Wheat bagels are pretty yummy. A few more calories and carbs, but I enjoy it.
-
I don't count my gum either due to the fact that when I went to a diet clinic a few years ago they said not to worry about gum since you burn the calories chewing it.
-
I bring my 100 calorie smart pop and a bottle of water. It's so much better to sneak in healthy alternatives.

Personally, I love the taste of a glass of Reisling wine. The taste is my favorite part about it, but the relaxing aspect can be nice too. Sometimes it's like taking a big breath and just letting it out. As for getting drunk, that isn't something I do often. However, occasionally it's nice to have your inhibitions lowered…

I saw that on the news yesterday. They said that in rare cases that could occur. I would just check with your doctor if you are using it to make sure it's safe for you.

I wonder if sugar scrubs would help.

Personally, I eat my exercise calories and I've lost 20lbs in 10 weeks. I think it's important to fuel your body and keep the metabolism going. Since a deficit is already figured into your daily calories not eating your exercise calories results in not eating enough for the amount of energy you expend. However, you really…

I've lost 20lbs in 10 weeks by following mfp. I would take doing it this way any day over having drastic surgery. Just eat less and move more and the results will follow. I'm hooked on both now!
