What does one do with handweights?

I bought handweights months ago and havent used them...
Does anyone have any links to sites/visual aids that show you how to use them appropriately?

    I use hand weights in conjunction with the 30 day shred dvd. It's a nice 20 minute workout that provides strength, cardio and ab work.

    I use them when I do the 30 Day Shred. Some of the basic moves are bicep curls, squats or lunges while hold weights with your arms bend 90 degrees, etc. The Shred has quite a few of them, and it kicks my butt :D

    I do individual arm exercises, not with a cardio circuit. You can google "exercises with hand weights" and get a TON of responses. I like it because you can really focus on the problem areas of your arms and custom your weight lifting to tone that area (obviously you can do this with any weight, but that's why I don't use them during cardio...yet, also, I'm a weakling right now). :laugh:
