I've noticed that too. Things that were sweet chocolatey goodness are now too sweet. Things that were yummy salty want to lick my fingers good are too salty. Things I didn't use to like are now better tasting. I had some natural applesauce last night with dinner and I never would have eaten without sugar or cinnamon was…

What about differences in height? I'm nearly 6 foot tall (5'11) - isn't my 200lbs different than someone who is the same age as me and 5'3? I would think our calories would burn differently too...

I input my weight and age for a more accurate measure, but I'm really doubtful as to how accurate the machine is. I usually try to leave over a few exercise calories in case the machines are too optimistic.

Just because it's all you can eat - it's not a good idea to eat all you can. Try picking healthier options like lean meats, chicken, salads and light soups. You can still make good choices and eat a reasonably sized meal.

If you put it under cardio it will give you additional calories.

I like to cut up some chicken and brown it on the stove. Add some Lawry's Hawaiian marinade for sauce. Put the chicken over brown rice with cut up pineapple slices on top and broccoli on the side. It's super yummy.

You climbed the first mountain which was losing weight. Now you just need to walk on flat ground. Otherwise, your climb will have been for nothing. Think about how much you struggled and what it means to you to be at your goal weight - don't you want to stay there? Being healthy is a lifelong commitment. You can do it! Be…

Weekly goal - workout 5 times, stay under calorie goal and lose 2lbs! I hope to break the 200lb barrier this week (hopefully tomorrow).

That makes a lot of sense actually.

I think however often you weight yourself is a personal decision. You know yourself better than anyone else so it's up to you to decide how often you can do it. If you are the type to get easily discouraged than I definitely recommend that you don't weigh yourself every day. Personally, I weigh myself every Monday and take…

Good luck! You can definitely do it!

Since you are getting married, I assume that you want to spend the rest of your life with your future wife. Make it a long life! :) Being healthy is the best gift you can give her.

I had one with light weights in the handle and I loved it.

My mom just used to throw salt and pepper on and grill them. It tastes pretty good.

Try a different style of jeans. We don't all gain and lose weight the same way every time. Your body may have redistributed.

I have a sandwich - Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread, Hillshire Farm roasted chicken slices, Sargento reduced fat Swiss cheese, sliced tomato and deli mustard. I eat that with a Yoplait yogurt. It is all together about 388 calories, 100 less if you ditch the yogurt.

You can do everything normally. It's just not a good idea to start exercising once you are pregnant if you weren't doing it before. I would check out www.thebump.com it has a lot of good info and can answer a lot of questions for you. Good luck!

What about chicken, salad, roast, potatoes...things of that nature?

I put tomato, avocado, reduced fat cheese and chicken in mine. My husband likes chicken, green apples and green onions with walnuts. Chicken, strawberry & pecans are good too with raspberry spritzer.

I'm sure that your friends and family will notice. You are going through a transformation now and I'm sure you are really going to surprise them. Have you bought any new clothes that compliment your new figure? It takes a lot of will power and determination to get as far as you have. Have you taken any before or after…

I like to marinate chicken in Lawry's Hawaiian marinade and then grill it. I throw it over some brown rice with pineapple cut up and broccoli on the side. It's a favorite meal in my house.

That story is disgusting. I feel sorry for her daughter.

There isn't a recipe section, but a lot of people post recipes throughout the message boards. Weight watchers has some free recipes on their site.

Good luck on your new journey. I wouldn't think of it as falling off the wagon as much as a little hiccup. I've been approaching this go as a life change. I'm tired of diets. I want to love my body and I'm taking the steps to do that. I try not to think of any other option other than treating my body with the love it…

Personally, I like the one a day brand.

I'm confused, lol.

I workout in the mornings. I like to get it out of the way so I can really enjoy the rest of my day.

I'm going to shop in stores that I currently feel I don't belong in. I'm going to wear a bikini and rock it.
