  • Go to a buffet and eat like a "normal" person. My sister no matter how big the buffett or what kind it is, she picks one meat, a couple of veggies, salad and roll. She will usually not eat everything. Of course she barely weighs 100lbs.

  • Thank you, I really thought at 300lbs I was headed for a wheel chair but I just keep plugging away till it got lot eaiser. My co-workers in my department are barely in their 20and 30's and I am just a little slower but I for the most part keep up.

  • Thats a good idea. I always put my dressing in a lttle cup and just dip the tines of my fork in it before I get each bite. When I am done I have had dressing with every bite and almost none is gone from the cup.
