Good morning everyone, Thank you for the add. I am a 60yo grandmother. I have been on MFP for more years than I can remember. I have had sucess but also lots of setbacks. My weight loss graph looks like a roller coaster. I have had my best sucess with basic low carb plan. I look forward to being in this group. ☺
