    I'm on my third day of successful eating. I actually went up to 163 earlier this week due to carb loading (led by emotions) and I know that the 3 pounds would be mainly water retention. So I'm happy I dropped nearly a pound overall this week.

    Just knowing that I'm part of a team here has made the difference for me. Knowing that I would be weighing in with all of you today has given me a focus and motivation to do this. Thank you!

    A pound lost is still a pound or as a friend told me once, it's four sticks of butter. :wink: You are absolutely right about knowing you're weighing in with others that helps to give motivation. I'm in a challenge with a team where my weight-loss can impact our rankings resulting in a stern focus for me. It helps me to look at those whole grain, triple berry Fig Newtons. :blush:
