PLAN..PLAN..PLAN! !!!
1) If you go somewhere to eat.
Drink a large glass of water while you look over the choices.
If it is appropriate carry something that fits your diet so you know you at least one thing to look forward to.
2) If you cook.
Chew gum while cooking. It will keep you from excessive sampling
Make your meal about family not food. Enjoy yourself dont deprive your yourself.
Be honest and log everything.

I just made 4 1/2 cup mini low cal crustless pumpkin pies. I thought that might help me with portion control.

DH has to work tomorrow so we just had Thanksgiving. I did very well. 520 calories. I have not ate my low cal crustless pumpkin pie yet.
