I add my total days calories from Mfp as a new food under the fitbit food tracker. There is no sense in tracking food both sites and this is much easier.

Yep! If you dont like the Texas weather just stick around 5 mins it will change. Here in Fort worth we will have our few days of winter next week then will be spring. :laugh:

Yes, terrified. In 2004 I was at my heaviest I weighed 306 lbs. This weeks weigh in I am at 222. I just keep trying It is one day one pound at a time. I would love for it to be quick but its not. I just refuse to give up. Always remember failure is not falling down its not getting up.

I have "0" willpower so I buy the Emerald 100 cal packs of natural almonds. I don't have to worry about how the heck I ate a whole pound of almonds..:laugh: I just have 1 pkg at morning break every day.

I checked your profile and the longhaul trucking is exactly how I gained the 120lbs I'm struggling to lose. Pops and I drive team for 6 1/2 years before he got very sick and I got to where I nearly couldn't walk.

It is linked to several cancers. They had a study out a few years back about how many nurses from the night shift had developed breast cancer.

Hubby works 6pm tp 6am. He takes soup,a sandwich and some fresh fruit. :flowerforyou: Please, please make sure you are getting your vitamin D. It is a real issue for night workers. I make Pops take a supplement in the winter when he can't get at least 30mins of sun a day.

I feel pretty down today. Kinda weepy:cry: I'm not sure why. I'm struggling with eating but it has never really bothered me like this before. I usually have a positive outlook. It is one of those days I wish I was at home on the couch. Send me a smile because I really need it.

Always the same, 2 egg whites with 2 Tbs Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles. Boring...I know, but it is less than 100 cal and filling. Leaves me more calories for lunch:wink:

It is a little pricy, but I use mine 24/7. I like to see how close I am to my 10,000 steps a day. I use it at night and found out I am awake 15-23 times a night. I'm thinking about having a sleep study done because of this info. The only cardio I get is in the pool so I have never invested in a HRM.

I use the real thing. We get our eggs from a coworker of hubby. They are cagefree organic fed chickens.
