Good morning everyone, I had another day of being over on my calories by 153. I have my calories set at 1200 so that is still not too bad. I'm trying to not get discouraged with myself. Everyone have a great day:bigsmile:

FYI, for the new Fitbit users. I don't track my food on both sites. MFP is much easier. Then at the end of the day when I get my total calories. I go to fitbit and add the total in as a new food. I'm a fork dipper. I have a little sauce cup that holds 2Tbs. I fill it half full and when I'm finished with my salad I still have some left but I had dressing with every bite.

Nay! for me. I am a career dieter and have tried nearly everthing otc and also from the doctor. Phen/Fen was the last straw. I have slight leakage in my heart valves from it. I count myself lucky it wasn't worse. Never again.

My fitbit shows I walk 4-5 miles on an average day. But that is my job so I don't log it. I only log when I go to the gym, or go aqua class.

1/4/2004 Hubby and I had decided that driving a truck longhaul was killing us. I weighed in that day at 306lb. I could barely climb the steps to get in my home. I made the choice that day to change. It has been slow with some setbacks but I can climb my steps now.
