WOW! glad you had everything under control. My wieght changes that much everyday. I think it is how much food and water we have taken in and how much we haven't released yet. It is normal.

At home do you weigh dressed? I have a big difference from my doctor and home also. But at home I weigh just as I undress for the shower. Nothing but me. At the doctors it is shoes and all. I didn't set my alarm so I got up late and in a whirlwind to get to work on time. I forgot to weigh. I will update my weight tomorrow. But like I have read from others. I had a bad week too much food and not enough activity.:frown:

I was at a processing plant once and the sugar cane was just laying on the ground being ran over by large dozers and loaders. All I could think of is how much oil, diesel and whatever has leaked on this before it even get inside...YUCKY!

Daily weighing is not for me. I tend to give up to easy if the scales is not moving downward. I will weigh daily when I get to my goal and need to maintain. They say allow yourself no more than a 3 lb window. Don't let it slip up on you. I wish I had done that with the last 40+ lbs I regained:embarassed:

How do you plan to reward yourself on June 1 when we reach out 50lb goal? I thought about a ring, so it could be something I see daily to remind me of my accomplishment. Maybe a spinner ring so when I'm tempted to eat something I really don't need. I can just spin and spin:laugh: I would love to hear some fresh ideas.

No, I have a hubby with high cholestrol and high bp, a son who is 380lbs so we will have all the foods prepared as healthy as possible. The guys are simple they don't like cassaroles so cornbread stuffing is as complicated as it gets.

I was over on my calories by 246 yesterday. Oh well! maybe I will confuse my body :laugh: I didn't make it to aqua either. I had a major sinus headache from all the wind the last few days.

Do what you have to do. Drink plenty of water to flush out the extra sodium. I keep them in my freezer for emergencies. When I don't have time to pack my lunch.
