Cooking, we are having Smoked brisket, Baked Potato cassarole, cole slaw, deviled eggs and baked beans. Chocolate banana trifle. I trim all the calories I can.

I mix a half pack of lipton onion soup mix with just a splash of water to each pound of ground turkey. Make the tasty and moist.

At my heaviest I tried to convince my insurance I needed the RNY but even at 306lbs. They said no. I had no health issues except that I was morbidly obese. I have been 8 years losing 93lbs but I just keep trying. I wish you luck in your weight lose journey.

I love most of the ways already listed, but it is great for your critters. A few years ago I had birds and they loved. It isalso great for iguanas....FYI
