  • I am sure you are talking about the post you made earlier.... You can totally lose more than 10 lbs a month. Use a food scale to help be sure of your calories and sweat your butt off walking or working out everyday. Good luck and be sure to post a success story for all the haters to see next month.
  • I have an open diary, and I cook everyday. If you look at it and like the kind of stuff I make, feel free to send me a friend request.
  • I read a book about quitting that said, " everyday you wake up a non-smoker. The nicotine has left your system through the night. You choose to be a smoker each day." That resonated with me. Smoke the last cigarette in your pack, and be done. Tell yourself to enjoy it, because you will never buy a pack again. DONE.…
