Thanks for your comments; I appreciate the feedback and I will take your advice. The key for me has been entering the food in daily, exercising and being active throughout the day.

I know a few people with this syndrome and if you google weight loss and PCOS you will find some helpful and valuable information that could help. In addition look into making sure you are eating foods that don't have high Glycemic Index values. I hope this helps.

I drink Salada GreenTea most of the time. I have a cup every morning, first thing when I wake up, before I start my day. I have been doing this for nearly one year. I also drink White Tea as well which is higher in anti-oxidants than the green tea.
