  • Hi I am John, I am 50 years old, I have benn diagnosed with 1.37 g/l of sugar in blood for the first time, the doctor put me under severe diet and i will have another blood test in 2 months, do you have special recommendation for me please? i have to lose 10 kilogramme and decrease my BMI from 30 to 27.
