Thanks, I like the option of sit ups and pushups. I find that the original spends a lot of time on Squats...my Thighs are not liking me right now!

Awesome for starting week 3! I didn't get to it today, and we are going out tomorrow morning. Hopefully I will find the time energy tomorrow afternoon to get it done. I am back to work on the 6th so I want to get week 3 out of the way before then!

I awlays add cumin and lemon when I am grilling the chicken. Peppers, onion, cheese, salsa, lettuce and tomatos. It is a fairly cheap and healthy meal!

I would hardly call that a rest day! And I have no advice for the tables, because mine is broken. I think I have short arms/long torso because I can barely get my butt off the ground either. I made it through week 2 day 5 today. I am REALLY hoping to see some movement on the scale tomorrow.

I was the same way after the first two days. I took Day 3 off and have felt much better since. I have a feeling it is going to take a turn for the worse once I start week two!

Today I took some photos of myself. NOT going to share them right now. I am going to try to depend less on the scale and more on the measurements and pictures. Hopefully I will see some results in the next few weeks. If there are drastic results I will post them along with some 'afters'!

Day 6 Level 1...ONE MORE DAY OF SIDE LUNGES!!! That is the good news. The bad news is that I previewed Level 2 and it doesn't look like a lot of fun. It just makes me more scared about levels 3 and 4.

I got up to 450 tonight but my knees were hurting. At least if I keep it up at this rate I might lose 1/2 a pound? I found that if I counted up to 25 and down from 25 , instead of counting to 50, it was a bit less painful!

I have started doing the Ripped in 30 DVD. I am only on day 2 but it feels good to be doing something. I am also working on better food choices. I an going to two to eat salad for/with most lunches and dinners until I see some movement on the scale!

I love this! I don't need to lose a huge turkey (15- 20 lbs), but I am in Canada so I have to do it by early October! Count me in!
