If you don't do this often, I don't think you "need professional help". I buy pre portioned sizes of things I can easily over eat. That helps me. Pre log it, pre portion it and put the rest away.

Skinny fat. Lol. I guess it is possible. I just had a check up with blood work and my sugar and cholesterol are very healthy. Lower than average resting heart rate and bp. Maybe I will try one of the other tests. I like knowing these things. I am a numbers person.

Clothes, facial, massage, night away with the significant other, anything you like but resist buying sometimes. Personally, I am excited for new jeans.

I don't have advice, but I can commiserate. I am in a very similar place. 130 - 120 was easy for me. But the next 10 are getting to be harder.

Yes. I have been noticing things on my body more that need work now that I lost couple pounds. I think we are just more aware of size and body shape when beginning this process. Good luck. Stick with it.

Brush your teeth. I do this to stop myself from snacking as I hate the way things taste after brushing. Or I distract my self with things like painting my nails.

I see. So it is possible to retain or even gain a bit, for beginners. My goal is to lose a few pounds and lift some areas, like the booty. Thanks guys.

You can try drinking vodka and soda water. Less calories. Also, try having one drink then one water then one drink... and so on. You will drink less and feel better the next day.

These look heavy to me, but 18% is my goal. I know from my old weight that this is where I was happiest. :)

It is too easy to drink too many calories! I started my 30 day no alcohol "challenge" on September 1st. Then only weekends for this girl. And, way more self moderation. If I can't do that, I am quitting altogether. Good luck everyone.

I don't understand why 15 dollars an hour. Why not 40 hours a week and benefits. It seems more logical to me to want ft work

@mrbiggieswort Thanks. I was getting a little worried that I don't "fit in" here. But some of the other forums I tried seem too pro weight loss, almost ed. (Which I battled with a decade ago). I do want to find that healthy medium. It is a good idea to find people who I think look good and try to find what they do.
