I hate how pants fit in the morning but seem to get tighter as the day goes on. I know that must mean that I need to go up a size. No way, I will squeeze into pants when I have to, but I prefer dresses. They feel much better on my pear shape.

I know what you mean. I can become quite obsessed with the scale. I forced myself not to look at the scale this week and tried to eat a little better on vacation this past weekend. I'm actually surprized that I lost any.

I always see the same type of gain around that time. I try to drink extra water or green tea w/ lime and fresh Ginger. That seems to help me get back to normal.

So glad to find this. I want to have my Sam Adams and still loose weight. How do I accomplish that? More water during the day? More exercise? Less food? Help!

I got to Zumba classes at the YMCA. I love it! I'm hoping to dance my way back inot shape.
