wow, incredible story. i haven't even had a consult re: surgery but have been contemplating it for a while now (and have been lurking here a lot as a result). it's these stories exactly that give me hope that maybe i really should look more seriously into surgery. thanks so much for sharing.

i have a spiralizer that i love. but not keen on the zoodles unless they're raw. i've also noodled sweet potato, which shocked my husband; he was sure the spiralizer would break if handling the sweet potato raw. he was wrong. :) if you noodle a sweet potato, it then cuts down dramatically on time it takes to bake! yummy…
