YUM! sounds great. i have this every morning (in a mug): 1 serving quick cook steel cut oats- cooked in microwave per instructions add 1 egg and stir like mad cook another minute or so stir like crazy add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

ugh sucks. :( i'm sorry. i haven't been sick since being diagnosed (just last month) but what i generally do is drink copious amounts of water, hot tea, clear fluids and try to flush it out. also, rest as much as possible.
