I came to the realization that I was over the yo-yo and just made it happen. The weight loss, I mean. Sooner or later you say 'enough is enough!'... I still have days (or weeks) where it's tough, but overall it's much more natural for me to do what I do now. :)

I'm only about 6-7 pounds from where I want to be, but when I get there none of my jeans are going to fit, as most of them are loose/comfortable on me at this weight. I'm going to invest in cute jeans and some awesome mountaineering/hiking gear that I've had my eye on for quite some time!

Every so often I'll get a snack sized McFlurry. Lately I've been gravitating more toward forzen yogurt. More bang for my calorie buck- especially with all the fruit I put on it. Not so much when I put the candy. Oh well.

The Restaurant I worked for over the winter took their gluten-free dishes really seriously. They were utterly gluten free (we had a celiac on the floor and she was able to try the dishes herself) and not bad tasting. Then again it was 5 star, so.

This. I've also noticed that my serving spoons are the perfect size for an appropriate portion for things like enchiladas, lasagna, ect. I get a reasonable sized portion and feel satisfied without overeating.

I know for me personally when I hit the rock gym I can burn 600+ calories an hour, climb for 2~3 hours and I'm looking at a 1,200-1,800 calorie burn.
