I have a body fat % scale and most of what I lost was body fat while my water % stayed the same.

I am still in college so eating in the dining courts makes it pretty hard to hit the protein numbers I need. I am currently taking a multivitamin and cinnamon supplements to regulate my blood sugar throughout the day.

I usually go in and do a half hour of intense cardio on an elliptical. Then free weights and machines for 2 hours and then another half hour or 45 minutes of cardio.
