You are doing great!! Also a BF mama here :) My daughter is 10 months old. I still have 30+ lbs to lose. It's hard finding that number that works while BF! I just raised my calories because I was stuck, and I started losing again! :)

Awesome! I just switched to the overweight category too :) You have quite a transformation!!!

Type in breast feeding as if you we're entering a food. There are many options to choose from. But generally it will add 500 calories to your daily allotment if you're EBF. I add the one for 300 calories because my baby is older and eats some solids.

Awesome!! Keep up the great work :)

This!! Huge help for me! Food scale :)

Hi there! I understand where you're coming from! My daughter is 10 months old, and I also had a C-section with her. Keep focusing on making a change for your son and for yourself! Healthier you= happier you and baby! I have lost about 67 lbs since my daughter was born (52 since starting mfp). I needed to make that change…

You can do it! I am 5'5", and started at around 232, now I'm at 180 and still going. I also have two small children. I do not exercise other than walking pushing my kids in a stroller. Writing down what I eat on mfp seriously changed me and my perception of food! I am also currently nursing my baby so I started slowly, but…

I really just count calories other than walking pushing my kids in a stroller! I do not go to a gym or exercise otherwise. I don't have the time yet with two little kids.

Thank you :)

I'm almost there. I think I have one pound more to get out of the obese category too! Congratulations :)

Awesome job! Our stats are similar- I started at 232 also and am 5'5". I'm down to 180 right now and hope to get to 150 or maybe lower :-)

That's awesome! I'm so glad you are proud of yourself too!! You did it!

I'm nursing my 9 month old daughter for a few more months. I add the extra 300 calories now since she's only nursing 4-5 times a day. I lost the 15 lbs I gained during pregnancy before I started MFP, now I've lost 51 more since August!! I probably have about 30-40 more to lose. Add me too!

Awesome!

I get that! Mine is pretty close to goal so his calories are a lot higher to maintain. It makes it more difficult....but I know I can still do it! Keep up the good work!
