One year of logging (with picture)
I reached 365 days of logging on MFP. Starting weight was 232, current weight is about 175, 5'5" tall. I've hit a bit of a plateau recently after vacation, but I'd like to lose about 30 pounds more! My biggest helps have been consistent logging and weighing my food.

We packed six garbage bags full of clothes to take to Goodwill from my husband and I. Since last August, my husband has lost 90 lbs, pants went from size 42 to 34; and I've lost 59 lbs- clothes went from size 20 to size 12. I had back issues a few years ago (lower back, had cortisone shots for herniated discs). NSV- 3 sizes lower!
I went to buy some new shorts today since very few things are fitting (yay!)....I started at a size 18, and the shorts I purchased today were size 12! I don't remember the last time I wore a 12. Amazing :)

Weights at home
Are there any websites that show simple exercises for lifting weights at home (5 pound dumbbells)? I want to start lifting low-weights in addition to basic cardio. I'm a stay at home mom with little kids, not very much extra time, but I could fit in some simple things during nap-time! Thanks!!

Post-Pregnancy Comparison! (pic)
This picture is my last photo at 9 months pregnant in June 2012. The comparison is a few days ago on May 6, 2013. I have lost 70 lbs (55 using MFP plus 15 more in the two months between having my baby and starting MFP). Pregnancy weight- 248 Starting MFP weight- 232.8 Current weight- 177.6

Leslie Sansone DVD- calories burned?
How do I log a workout using the Leslie Sansone walking DVD's? I did one today for about 37 minutes, but mile 1 was 15 min/mile, mile 2 was 12 min/mile, and mile 3 was 10 min/mile. Do you log it separately or as low-impact aerobics for 37 minutes? Logging separately gives way more calories burned....??

51 lbs gone in 8 months (pic)
My husband and I started MFP at the end of August about 8 months ago. He has lost 83 lbs so far, and I have lost 51 lbs (plus 15 more pounds of baby weight in the two months before we started). It is definitely easier with a partner! We have modified our eating, lowering the amounts we eat and making lower calorie recipes…

Frustrated....Men vs. women weightloss
I'm working towards losing 2 lbs a week and exercising with hubby. I know men lose faster than women, but I'm working sooo hard and not losing much (in comparison to him!). What am I doing wrong? So frustrating!
