Alright, count me in...my love of cream in my coffee and cheese as a snack derailed my last attempt at going 100% but I can do anything for 30 days...Will start Sunday after I hit Whole Foods to restock on supplies.

I have done several of the strength training p90x workouts and I probably hit the plyometrics dvd twice but that's it. Not much cardio at all. With the better eating I have certainly noticed that I retain muscle much longer without having to workout as often so maybe I just retained enough muscle???
