OK so I take off the actual hear rate monitor and then just throw the whole strap in detergent water to clean? I feel weird throwing the starp in with the connectors, etc. (not talking about the actual HRM part that you clip in)

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I got a feeling kidney pain was the common reaction here....as someone who has had a kidney infection and several kidney stones, I will be staying away from that. Never ever want to risk that pain again!!! Thanks again! Alex

I love this! thank you! - BUT as long as you do a high impact and then a low impact.... (ie weights in morning and cardio at night) I don't see the problem....AS LONG as you are eating properly.... Thank you for the graph - love those!
