I am so burnt out on chicken breast…hence wanting to find something else. :) working on shredded chicken dishes in the slow cooker…but chicken breast with seasoning - bleu for now.

yes mam! I'm thinking its just my body adjusting to the gluten free lifestyle COMBINED with starting to lift and get active again, for so long I felt like **** from the celiacs so I wouldn't do much.

weighed myself a few times in the last couple weeks, in the morning first thing..... slowly going up i was 152 a couple weeks ago... crept up to 161 at one point, then I put the scale away because it was freaking me out. i would say increments of about 2 pounds... not really sure

This is encouraging! I was also 25 when I was diagnosed, I just had a bday :) and have been eating great and working out as well and not seeing any changes so thank you!

I'm sneaky with greek yogurt, eggs, and fish. But I have really fallen in love with the game of sneaking in either vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored whey protein into ALL of my meals in one way or another, yes it can be done. I own all three "flavors" and it has really helped me lose the weight because I'm so full!
