Thank you everyone! I saw my neurologist yesterday and we decided that my current regimen was not working so we switched it up a bit. It just might be the stuff I put in it. I try to use 0 calorie sweetener but I also put just a hint of creamer in it as well so I'm not sure on the calories in it. It does help suppress my appetite so I try to drink it. I've also found the MIO energy drops helps too and adds to my water intake as well so I go back and…

Join the club! Many of us have gone through this, myself included (MULTIPLE times). In fact, I'm on this journey again. So far I've been able to lose 15 pounds and have a goal set for a total of 70 pounds. I love this site for the simple fact of everyone is so motivating. I'm on every day as well!

I agree! We have started going for walks and we have 3 dogs (which don't do well on walks because they like to "talk" to everyone). We have talked about things and have both agreed to set weight loss goals before our wedding next year!

Thanks! :blushing: I am measuring actually. I measured the other day. And from the looks of it, I have lost about an inch from my waist, and a total of 5.5 inches. I don't know how though since my diet has been crap this past month and a half. I do try to keep my portions down and not drink as much soda or sweet tea!
