I'm currently in week one of alpha (starting t25 for the second time - I worked through it last year) but I am struggling with work / life balance so would love to join this group!

I had a pretty poor week in terms of pushing play!! Only got two work outs done in the week due to another hectic work week. But I'm making up for it this weekend - just did a double and burned over 500 cals!! Feeling back on track! Hope everyone is having an active weekend!

Demotivated today! Tired, worked a 50 hour week and struggling to get the motivation up to press play tonight when I get home. Argh!!

Hey, just found this thread!! I really need some motivation! I did t25 all the way through but u have stopped over the last couple of months - just lost that motivation to press play. Starting again today - gonna do alpha for three weeks then up straight to beta! Gotta make myself push that button!!
