  • Great job! Thanks for sharing!
  • I cut it down to 300 calories AND was more diligent with logging my food on here. At first I lost but this week I gained .5lb. I was pretty disappointed by this gain too because I just got a Fitbit and have been SUPER active. In fact the data from the Fitbit told me I was burning way more calories then I thought. I have my…
  • Wow! Thank you so much for sharing! I use to be a Zumba and group fitness instructor before I had my two babies. Fast forward 2 1/2 years (yes 2 kids in 2 1/2 years) plus about 40 extra pounds. Until now I have had no motivation to get back to fitness classes but just recently I have really been missing Zumba. Not teaching…

My daycare provider says my daughter seems to accept whatever she is given and she is growing so I guess all is well. I feel like the pump doesn't give an accurate measure of what baby actually gets.
  • Hello! I am breastfeeding my 5 months old and I also have a 2 year old at home. I am new to MFP and have been feeling so overwhelmed with getting back to a healthy weight and a healthy life style. I already feel better just reading that I am not alone!
