Eep. I didn't expect this reaction, but I appreciate the information and discussion. The best I can do is maybe give some more information on my experience and what happened. I am always open to correction and information, but please, no snark. I'm not posting in here with attitude, just wanting to clarify and learn. I…

Solved the issue. My PH levels were way out of whack due to a highly acidic diet. Issue was corrected by switching to an alkaline diet. I just have normal sweat smell now.
-
Congratulations! You both look fantastic!

I tried the coconut oil that someone suggested on here yesterday. I had my shower, used a homemade sugar scrub to exfoliate under my armpits(another suggestion was to shave/exfoliate) and the smell is lesser today. I don't think I offended anyone yet haha. I am going to check all my shirts when I get home... nothing wrong…

Not pregnant. I had a whole panel of blood work done recently and came back negative for everything. Hm, I'm fine with sweating, that's easy enough to handle, but the smell bugs me. I think I'll try that bonedri you suggested, thanks.:-)

That's what I'm going to be doing thanks to your link. I am going to try a couple suggested products as well. I mean, I have the personal hygiene down, that's what had me confused, I'm not dirty. That article you linked was super helpful. :-)

I do shower right after my workout, which is pretty much a half hour before bed...
-
There is nothing sweet about my stink lol.

Oh my gods... thank you!!! I don't eat very many carbs... and I eat protein before and after a run.... this was immensely helpful, thank you for finding this!

I did consult my doctor for diabetes and went for a full panel of blood work to check on the state of my health. I am not at risk for diabetes according to my doctor as there is no family history on either side and I have change my diet big time. I will give lavilin a try though, I do have stinky feet too... so thank you :)

I use coconut oil as my facial moisturizer... I am going to give it a try. Thank you :)

I had more work out tops... but they got stolen from the laundry in my apartment building. But I do have some older shirts with holes I can use.

I can't stomach plain eggs anymore, so I have them maybe twice a month at this point. They give me horrible stomach cramps and gas. Maybe I am allergic to something I've been eating without realizing it...
-
I've made fairly drastic changes to my diet... but I did not know that about protein... perhaps I've been over doing it. I am going to cut back a bit and see how it goes. Thank you :) I eat grilled or chicken, veggies, fruits, rice, granola, some eggs, beans, milk, plain tea and water. Nothing too crazy.

I use a new towel after every shower, same with face clothes. Sheets once a week. I have a couple pairs of work out clothes and use a new set every 2 days.
-
The antibacterial wipes is a great idea. I've been keeping some baby powder in my purse as well to help with excess moisture. I guess my body is just shifting on a few levels and burning off all the stuff stored in my fat and it is making me smelly.

I shower every day before bed. I am having a heck of a time finding an antiperspirant that works...
-
I have tried secret... and the smell combined with my BO was that of cat urine. I shower every day and eat well, but ever since I started working out, my armpits are horrible.

Thank you do much for this. I was having a heck of a time figuring out TDEE's and greatly appreciate the suggestions for the calulators. Great advice, thank you :)

I had to give up pop in order to learn moderation. I have it every so often now( not diet, never did care for it) I got myself off by putting fruit in water and stocking up on tea. Now I crave water, not pop and have it as a treat. I also stopped having breakouts after cutting back on the pop

I always have some in my freezer... I usually make my own lunches, but I'm no saint and forget some nights to prepare my lunch for the next day or I'm too tired. I stock up when they go on sale and they make an easy lunch on days that I forget to prepare one. So long as you're not living off them and they are within you…

I love using MFP for adding in my own recipes. It has helped me with tweaking the recipes to be more accommodating to my goals as well as seeing which ones I should cut out or find an alternative for. And thank you for this post, it is super helpful and I am so trying that condiment trick. I am just started on weighing…

I use the Gear Fit. I've had it for about a week now and I love it. It has a HRM, Pedometer, Sleep monitor, exercise tracker( you can set it to running, cycling or walking) and I can see any texts I received and send a quick response from it. I can also control my music on my phone from it. I love it and it has given me a…

I am someone who needs a few hours to wake up in the morning... but life doesn't work that way. I need fooood first thing in the morning and I need it to fill me up. If it doesn't, I'm done. Smoothies for me are snacks, lunches or dinners... never breakfast. Do you have a crockpot? I use mine to make apple cinnamon oatmeal…

Buttercream frosting always makes me feel like throwing up. I just avoid it now or scrape the stuff off the cupcakes. candies, chocolates and other confections I only seem to be able to tolerate if home made with less sugar or from good quality bakeries. But if I have one bite of something and it turns out to be super…

Yes! I love being with someone active. If I can't go hiking, camping or adventuring in the great outdoors with someone, it won't last, it never has. The perk with my boyfriend is that he studied martial arts for years, wants to bulk and helps me in the gym to lose weight. It is great having an active partner.
-
I started packing my boyfriend's lunches whenever I could. He is also gaining though, but I got him out of the bchelor food lifestyle and he started to put on weight and turned it to muscle by going to the gym. One thing that really helped was I had dinners prepared so he couldn't say they weren't there or that he was too…

I am in the same boat as you, just had a bunion removed and am limited mobility for a few months. I changed my settings to suit my temporary situation and will be watching what I eat while making sure I give my body the required energy for healing. stay hydrated, eat good foods, get plenty of rest... without going insane…
