  • If you burn alot of calories I would say eat at least 1/2 of them but if you burn 300 then you should be able to eat those. I would eat fruit or have a protein drink to get the calories since you need protein after excercise to help the muscles.
  • I eat fruit salad at night...But I would say if you havn't used all your calories then have your snack as long as it's included in you dailey calories
  • WII fit plus I love it you can do combo of strength and cardio..I usually do the running first and I get on my treadmill and do 1/2 then into the workout..It keeps track of your weight and you calories burned...I love it...Regular wii fit doesn't keep track of calories burned...I love that part of it..

  • I also watch the same ones but I pay more attention to the carbs and calories since I am diabetic. I always go over on my sodium so I drink a ton of water and walk on the treadmil 5 times a week.
