Our body's do retain water, and for some reason our scales go up. Mine do this too but then it usually goes down a pound more.. Keep on working hard and watch your life change... Good luck

Dr. Oz said to weight yourself first thing in the morning, but I do agree with you sometimes I do weigh less at night...

I am not sure but you should try to eat your calories during the day and not at night before bed. I do try to stay just under the 1200 calories myself but some days are just a little highter. Keep up the good work. Continue to eat healthy and do your cardio exercise. Great job...
