I have the same problem.. I lost 52 pounds and when I look at myself, I still see the fat stomack. I have no idea if I will ever see me as other people do. Sorry I can't help you but you are not alone by feeling the way you do...

Good for you,,, I started to loose about the same time. Continue the great work and thanks for the info. I did not want to go over 1200 calories a day but some days it felt like I was loosing the battle.

It is because they don't know how many repitition you are doing,,,, you could find out and add it to your exercice yourself.... I have not done it but was told you can...

I f you are eating your vegetables and fruits during the day you should have enough vitamins. Don't forget your proteins . they are also important. Depending on your age maybe you should be taking vitamin supplement.. You could ask your doctor or call the health unit.

I am also looking for accountability buddies,, I find keeping it off is the hardest work. I usually loose to 10 pounds away from my goal and I can keep it there for approximately a year then it creeps back on.
