Me! I too have 60 lbs to lose, preferably by the end of this year. I had a baby 8 months ago. I lost 60 lbs before I got pregnant so I know I can do it again and finally get to my goal weight! We can do this!!!

Frayde- Awesome! I got out of the "obese" not too long ago and it is such a good feeling! I lost only .8 lbs this week, but I actually am motivated again. I am really hoping to get out of the 170's in a couple weeks. Great job everyone!!

I get dizzy and feel like I am going to faint too. My OB/GYN (when I was pregnant) told me I need to eat more protein. Every time I feel like that I eat more protein and it seems to work even when I am not pregnant. I don't know if that is your problem at all, but I thought I would throw it out there.

My heart is broken for you. You inspire me, not to loose weight, but to love my children unconditionally and to protect them no matter what the costs. I am a believer in Christ Jesus and I know he can heal the broken hearted. I have seen him do it many times in many different people. Keep up the good work!

This week has been an experiment week. I had been eating 800-1000 calories a day and once in a while 1200. But last week I started getting dizzy and feeling like I was going to pass out. Katie, I too weigh 190 lbs and want to lose 40 lbs by around September. We can do this!! Also, it does get easier logging food! Although there are times when I just go with the similar food item I ate that has the most confirmations.
