Thank you all for your excellent advice! I find it so hard to eat healthier when my family has no interest in it. We don't eat horrible, but I can't say that we eat leafy stuff ever. I've lost 6lbs in 4 weeks and I am happy for that, but I wish it were more!

I lost 35 pounds before I got pregnant with my last baby. I gained about 55 pounds in my pregnancy. She is now 13 weeks and I have about 25 pounds to lose to get to my pre-preggo state. It sucks, but I get to the gym about 4-5 times a week now that she is here. She is my motivation :-)

Thanks all!! I lost 35 pounds last year and did so by eating what I want, just in moderation. I exercised regularly too; which I think helped tremendously. I just had a baby 13 weeks ago and I have to pretty much drop the weight I lost last year all over again. I gained 55 pounds while pregnant. Unfortunately only about 20…

Yeah, I eat really well, especially for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, I eat healthy, but I still enjoy foods like pizza and a grilled cheeseburger as long as its within my daily limits.

I know this isnt possible for everyone, but I go to the gym at lunch. On days it doesn't work with my work schedule to get it in at lunch, I go after dinner. I have a 6 year old and 2 month old. Good Luck!
