I am the same way!! I actually have protein cereal for dinner most days. Add some fruit and then maybe some raw veggies after. Very filling and obviously takes seconds to prepare lol. I feel ya, I rarely cook!

I have a few lean cuisines and a few weight watchers ones that I like. I picked out the lower sodium ones and the better tasting ones and on work days i have one for lunch almost every day. I then also have some fruit or veggies with them and I am satisfied. I don't find them expensive as they are less than $2 a piece so…

Well it would depend on where you are as to whether you have these stores, but I get the unsweetened 35 cal one at either Walmart, Superstore, Safeway, or Save-on-Foods. Pretty much anywhere one can shop.

44D to currently 36C/38B depending. I am close to 100lb lost over a year and a half and they just gradually got smaller. So about half way through I purchased smaller bras but then added extenders and then slowly went down a notch. That way I didn't have to buy a ton of bras all the time.

I generally log everything each morning as well, however I do not complete it because there are times that things change, but for the most part I definately agree it makes it much easier to keep on track!

I use the TDEE method as well. Feel free to add me! Just note I have been on holidays and out of town for a bit so there is nothing on my diary for a few weeks, but I am back today. Just so you don't think I am one of those who doesn't consistently log lol :drinker:

way back in the day I did the Sacred Heart soup diet, so ridiculous!! ive also done Nutrisystem, Weightwatchers, something i dont remember the name of, ridiculous pills, you name it. Thankfully this time around I have mfp and this time around is the only time i ever lost the weight.:drinker:

:sick: quest bars are yucky, but i use another brand of protein bar so to answer your question, i use them as a snack a few hours before i work out. i find that the best way to incorporate them into the day.
