I have done it a few times. Always enjoyed it for the motivation, just don't go in there doing it to make money. I always made an extra $10 or so but nothing significant enough to make it a huge deal.

Only my first month and that was because I started out quite large and I would say half of that alone would have been water weight. After that slow and steady!

400 and some odd days for me. Feel free to add me! :drinker:

This! There is water in pop, do you count pop as water? no, well i certainly hope not anyways...Plain water is the only thing that is water!

Good grief :frown:

Don't rush it, don't eat only 1200 calories, give yourself cheat days to keep yourself sane and then get right back on track. My suggestion is figure out your TDEE and eat 20% less of that. Best thing I ever did! Good luck on your journey!

I have a 2 egg omelette with red, green, yellow peppers and it fills me up. Screw egg whites, eat the whole egg!

I don't ever "like" someones completed diary post. I do however look at it and if someone consistently eats ridiculously low then I delete them anyways, so for the most part anyone on my friends list eats good anyways. I just like and comment on workouts and weightloss. :drinker:

Yuppers, I do TDEE minus 20% so I am about 1800. Anyone feel free to add me! :drinker:

Bump because I am curious as well. I have tried to get my boyfriend to drink more water and when he did he said that same thing and I thought he was being silly lol. I enjoy my water and have not had this issue so definately curious!

Doing Tough Mudder, i know I need to maybe do more specific training but really dont know where to start. This is all new to me! I have been doing HIIT with some weights, hoping to start some more weight training. Don't really have concerns, just looking forward to seeing how much I can accomplish and go from there!

Congratulations you look fabulous!! Keep up the great work!

Agreed, I am pretty stoked to try this, thanks!

If its your cheat day let it happen. Drink what you want, eat what you want and dont worry about it. One day is not going to make or break you. I dont think about a thing on cheat days and thats what keeps you sane, because are you going to spend the rest of your life worrying about one day? Enjoy it and get back at it the…

Im 5'3" and have always had the same problem. I started buying "skinny" jeans so now I never have to hem and they fit tighter but have stretch so they seem to fit all my parts properly. I have bought the last few pairs from Old Navy and love them!

LOL! times2!

bump, thank you!

Walking for sure, and my first few months I did a workout on the xbox kinect. If you check out hasfit.com and fitnessblender.com you can choose low impact and low difficulty levels. They seem to be a bit more interesting then any other youtube/internet videos.

Only what I wear now and a few smaller. Started at a 20/22 and I have gotten rid of the stuff too big as I have gone down because I am not going back! Currently have 14,12 and one brand I fit into an 8, go figure lol
