Ran 10 miles in an 1 hour and 45 minutes!

Just run in short intervals until you can slowly increase your time jogging. No one starts off jogging miles at a time. Believe me I went from not being able to jog a lap around a track to completing a 10 mile run the other night.

MFP Journey 16 weeks and have lost 28LB. That equals 1.72lbs per week. I'll take that anytime. As a whole I have been on a my weight loss journey for a total of 39 weeks and have lost 75lbs which averages out to 1.92lbs per week since I started to keep track.

Ask if they offer a complimentary session with one of there trainers and have them walk you through the different equipment in the gym.

I have the same issue! I work out at the end of the day and I tend to earn back a 1000 cal after my workouts. By the time I get home I really do not feel like consuming that many calories before bed time. Am I starving my body of the energy that it needs?

The site does not give calories burned for Strength training since it can not determine the intensity of the workouts.

I tend to go with Vodka and Club soda!
