Try sticking to the outside perimeter of the grocery store, produce, dairy, meats... it keeps you away from all the frozen and processed foods... its also cheap - fresh fruits and veggies r not very expensive...and for snacks u can alwas buy yogurt...its like $0.40 for each yogurt.. thats the cheapest ive seen it so…

dont give up! Its only one week, you cant expect yourself to get results right away. Just keep at it. What kind of exercises r you doing? Maybe you need to up the exercises more. Or try a program out. Jillian Michaels has good work out dvds that are only like 12 bucks.. It takes time to get/see results so dont expect them…

I have brazilian butt lift.....I have a big butt, its my best feature.. I'm not gunna lie, I'm afraid of losing it ..is Brazilian butt lift going to help me keep it? I'm doing P90x now and just dont want to lose my butt with the weight loss! :)

You can try P90 or P90x... the program is a little pricey, but you def. get results. You also dont need much room. and then only equipment I have are a set of dumbbells. I agree you probly need about 7ft at the MOST...I pretty much do most of the moves in about a 4x4 space or so.. I have more room but where my TV is I like to be close to it so I can get the moves down right.. but for some of the walking moves, jumping jacks (becuz i tend to drift) and some of the lying down moves i go to…

Today was week 2 day 5 for me! I did back and legs today... I LOVED the work out! I love that my legs get such a workout and i can definately feel all the muscle building. Im excited. However, after my 1st rest week Im going to be switching to the classic version rather then continuing with the lean. :)

Im also doing the lean version and not that classic, so i think that has a bit of a difference on why im not seeing results so quickly.. but Im thinking of switching to the classic once i reach phase 2.. in 2 weeks... hows everyone else thats doing classic coming along?

im doing P90x..im coming to the end of my 2nd week..I love it so far.. but I dont see any results yet, but i am only in my 2nd week. So hopefully with time ill get the results i want! feel free to addme!

oatmeal is really good for you. You can make the instant ones if you dont have time to cook the other. Also, egg whites are great too. Make an egg white omlet and put some peppers, onions, spinach, or any other veggie you like.

Thanks for tips. I do good with eating all during the day, then when I get home from work my bf always wants something so I completely give in and dont eat healthy in the evening. Today was day 5 for mefor the lean schedule! I think the hardest part for me to do si the ab ripper - its almost impossible :(... Also the 1st 45 mins of yoga was pretty bad too.. but the last 45 mins not so much. Im excited to see what my results are going to be at the end! I love it!

Haha...thanks... I never thought of doing it before the other workout..But its not that I dont have the energy to do.. its just its hard for me to do a lot fo those exercises on there cuz I dont have alot of core muscle.. I sure hope doing this workout increases that! How is your workout coming along? Are your results good?
