hurtin yourself with that ratio.... drop protein by 5%-10% and add it to fat... Men need fat for proper hormone function... fat does not make you fat.

if you work out, you should change the breakdown of your macros... at least 40 30 30 P C F if you workout you want protein to be the dominant macro... I do 40% protein, 35% fat and 25% carbs... I workout 5 days a week. remember - fat doesnt make you fat.
