  • Okay and i am going to go ahead and say it...with the chest strap (yes you have to wear it with watch during exercise) tuck it right under your sports bra...no slipping and then you don't even feel it =) Oh and DO read the INSTRUCTIONS...I had to reread them a few times the first week to reset each day etc. Good luck!
