I am using it as is my husband and have had great initial results- I have been working out and eating at a deficit for three years. I have an autoimmune disease and stick mostly to GAPs or Paleo but for an entire year I went between 127-129lbs (5'2") and didn't feel any better to boot. I tried eating more, juice fasting to…

Totally forgot I joined this but I made it to 128lbs in March- that was a 5lb loss for this challenge making it a success!

That is crazy, log what you feel is beyond your normal activity. I don't sweep and mop 2200 sq ft every day by hand so on the days I have to I will log it if I feel like it and sometimes I only log 120 cals on my eliptical (on my rest day) versus my 200-400 HIIT days- and weight lifting doesn't burn as much according to my…

5'2" & 27 yrs HW: 160 SW: 147 CW:133-137 GW: 115 I have been as low as 104lbs and felt weak and tired all the time. 110-120 is at my healthiest. I do cardio, Turbofire, circuit training and strength 6 days a week 40m to 1 hr burning between 250-350 cals (w/HRM) but still have been stuck for months, unable to get below…

Love this!

Bump for later- thanks a million, I needed this

My eliptical was only about 10 cal off either way (I must have gotten lucky  ) but I wouild have never known that without a HR Monitor- so I am agreeing best money spent...get a HRMonitor. Oh and feet tingle too- just wiggle toes or change foot postion it will go away for a bit!

 , nice way to put it!

-Being strong and in top health - keeping up with my husband and his pals when we go on backpacking treks - and of course feeling beautiful & sexy for myself and my husband - AND I can not deny how good it feels when I go out and run into hordes of people from HS that despite my married, kids and homemaker/educator…

Things that have worked for me in the past- up your calories or change your workout- I found I plateau on all low cal and cardio (even 1+ hours a day) and so I add in strength some days and some days I eat 200-400 more cals then I am "supposed" to. BUT often I have had to stick with that change for a few weeks not assume…

Just realized we are same age, weight, almost same goal weight and both in CO- crazy! Anyway good luck- I just got my P90 friend/neighbor hooked on Turbo Fire too and she loves it, hope you do to!

27 years old, 2 kids-oldest is 8 and I'm 5'2". I started this journey before joining MFP at 162lbs and lost 20lbs, joined MFP around 142lbs and down to 133 before 2011 holidays lol. CW 136-137 and aiming for 115lbs-ish or where I feel fit and stong again! For February I am working to get to 130- and each pound lost is hard…

Have done over 4 months of Turbo fire and still LOVE it! Never boring, the great music keeps me moving & motivated! I took a lot time off for the holidays and weight loss stalled at 12 lb loss- I regret it beacuse it kicked my butt getting started again! And you may be saying 12 lb loss is no biggie excet that I lost 12…

5"2 here and I have a medium build. I have 2 kids and I would gain some with each pregnency then lose half of the preganacy weight then one year I just let it overwhelm me and hit 162lbs. My lowest weight was 104lbs in HS and this was just to low (made me dizzy, sick and started having anxiety attacks). Then I started…

Be proud of every pound girl- I am and that keeps me going! Each one is a victory and gets me closer to healthy and feeling good! I have friends who lost 40 in the time I lost 15 and friends who never lost more the 4 lbs so no comparrisions! If you continue to compare to much you can lose heart but compare just enought to…

I am a huge fan of Chalene and the Turbo work outs. They are super fun and actually keep me motivated to keep going. The music really helps too. I started out with the turbo jam series and lost 9 inches in 4-6 weeks and I felt I was fit enough & moved on to Turbo Fire. Now Turbo fire is high impact and intensity so unless…
