Brussell Sprouts - I buy the Publix frozen Brussell Sprouts - cook in microwave according to package - place in single layer on baking sheet - toss with evoo, garlic salt and pepper. Roast at 425 until your desired crispiness

Mix together 3 or 4 tbls of cool whip with sliced strawberries - place in freezer for 15 min -stir well then sprinkle with truvia Delicious!

I eat lunch at 12:00 and workout right after work at 5:30...I have to eat something prior to working out....I used to eat an apple and peanut butter but now I just have a protein shake every day before I workout.....Only 110 calories and 2 grams of carbs....it will get me through a two hour workout!

I eat lunch at 12:00 and workout at 5:30 after work and eat a light dinner after my workout.....I drink a protein shake...I use Syntrax Matrix (I buy it at Max-Fit) ...Strawberry Cream mixed with water it is delicious! It holds me through a 45 spin class and an hour of yoga! Only 110 calories and 2 gram of carbs.

I buy Matrix by Sytrax...I love the strawberry cream (however they have many different flavors)....I mix 1 scoop with 6 to 8 oz water..shake it up and use it as my fuel source before I workout. I will also throw it in the blender with 6oz water and a frozen bananna for a smoothie Again it is not one of the cheaper…

Sounds wonderful! I will make it this weekend! Also, I am looking forward to trying your chicken method....I have totally given up cooking chicken! It is either under done or over done!
