When I was a kid I wasn't allowed sugary cereal so now I'm making up for it....Krave, Resees Puffs, Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

When I got my trek I got the smallest seat, that is less contact, and padded bike shorts. I also use butt butter for long rides.

I did the spike diet for a month and it was a lot of work to eat all those calories on Saturday. So, I changed to zig zagging but tweeked it so my highest day is still Saturday. This past Saturday I went to a fundraiser dinner that had frozen lasagna, I couldn't believe I wasted my calories on that and it didn't even taste…

65 minutes exercise bike, 15 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes strength training....so far

I use half of a flat out light.

Miracle noodles,the clear ones are 0 calories a serving. I put them with a laughing cow cheese wedge, parm cheese, broccoli and chicken.

I use both the miracle noodles and the tofu Shirataki noodles. One has 0 calories and the others have 40 calories a bag. You have to rinse them very well and dry them and the I just cook them in the microwave for a minute. I like them better than normal pasta.

I got the one from target and I use it as my desk chair at work, so I sit on it 5 days a week for several hours a day and have had no problems. It was less than $20.

I got the book a couple weeks ago. Tomorrow is going to be my third spike Saturday. A couple questions: how often do you redo RMR and if I workout a couple hours a day, walk, elliptical, bike and I did add a little strength training what would you consider my activity level to be? Thanks

I'm 5'8 and my original goal was 156, right in the middle of my healthy weight range. I am down to 144 and would like to be 132. My pic is at 135 or so, so I am working on loosing again. I strayed a little bit, but liked how I looked at 135.

Her yoga is also good, hard but good. I switch off every other day with shred and yoga.

So far...45 minute walk, 45 minutes on elliptical, 45 minute exercise bike, and day five level two 30 day shred. Plan to ride the exercise bike again later while I watch a movie.

I am on ambien and have the same problem. One night I ate a whole bag of goldfish s'mores in my sleep. My boyfriend got them for me and figured I must be hungry if I continued to eat. He has also tried to take food away from me and a have slapped his hand, all in my sleep. I usually have a small snack after I take my pill…

I'm 5'8 1/2" and around 140. I wanted to be down to 132 but have started weight training so loosing has now stopped, but toning is going well. I would love to loose 8 pounds, think part of my problem Is not eating enough.

To make myself do the elliptical longer I only read my nook when I am on it. The book I am reading is good and makes it easy to pass the time and I keep going longer.

Have you tried the Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate? It only has 25 calories per serving.
