I ate 4000 calories yesterday. I usually go 5 or 6 days on the plan and overeat once or twice a week . I'm trying to stay about the same weight right now though. I have a 6 pack that some weeks looks perfect and other weeks goes away based on my food choices.

Sometimes it isn't or shouldn't be called a binge in my opinion. I love Chinese buffets and I also love the buffet at the casino with all of the crab legs and desserts. I don't understand posts like this. I just had a 8 ounce rib eye, link of sausage and some corn. Probably about 900 calories in one meal. Not hard to hit 1200.
